Chapter OnePurpose
    To strictlyimplement the "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Solid Waste Pollution Prevention and Control Law" and relevant laws and regulations, protect the environment,implement the relevant management regulations and standards for hazardous waste, strengthen daily supervision of hazardous waste, further standardize the generation, collection, storage, transportation, utilization, and disposal of hazardous waste in the company, comprehensively improve the management level of hazardous waste generating units, and ensure the harmless disposal of hazardous waste, safeguard the environment.Hazardous wasteharmless disposal, ensure environmentalsafetyoverall,specifically formulate this system.

Chapter TwoPrinciples

Follow the environmental protection"Prevention First, Integrated Prevention and Control"work policy and the"Three Simultaneities"requirements, ensuring that production construction and environmental protection are planned, implemented, and developed simultaneously, achieving an organic unity of economic benefits, social benefits, and environmental benefits.
                                                              Chapter Three Terms and Conditions
     1Hazardous waste: refers to waste that is included in the national"Hazardous Waste Catalog"or waste that is identified as having hazardous characteristics according to the national hazardous waste identification standards and methods.
     2Hazardous waste storage: refers to the storage of hazardous waste before reuse, harmless treatment, and final disposal.
     3Storage facilities: refer to facilities designed, constructed, or modified according to regulations for the specialized storage of hazardous waste.
     4Centralized storage: refers to storage facilities and areas attached to centralized treatment and disposal facilities for hazardous waste.
 5Containers: refer to devices that hold hazardous waste according to standard requirements.

2,General Manager Wang Lei's Environmental Protection Responsibilities

(1)is fully responsible for the environmental protection and hazardous waste pollution prevention and control work of the branch company;is responsible for the construction of environmental protection functional institutions, guiding and supervising the work of the environmental protection department.According to the environmental protection status of the branch company, review and approve the company's hazardous waste pollution prevention and control plan, hazardous waste management system,

4、员工公司员工应自觉遵守国家、地方和公司颁发的各类环境保护规定，稳定生产设备长期生产，减少生产过程中危险物排放。
                                                    第五章管理要求

(1)各生产单位必须严格遵守国家和地方人民政府颁布的环境保护法律、法规、标准和要求：积极参加与公司有关的环境保护培训，并在业务上接受安环部的指导和监督Production Scheduling Zhao Xinguo's Environmental Protection Responsibilities.

In the event of a hazardous waste pollution accident or other emergencies, the company should eliminate or mitigate environmental pollution hazards according to the emergency plan, promptly notify affected units and individuals, and report to the environmental protection administrative department at the accident site for investigation and handling.
(9)Based on actual production conditions,Safety and Environmental ProtectionDepartment organizes accident emergencydrills.In the process, closely cooperate with production units to safely and effectively manage the discharge and recovery of hazardous waste, preventing environmental pollution accidents.
(10)Establish and improve the company's environmental protection network and archives,with the Safety and Environmental Protection Departmentresponsible for various environmental protection statistical work, undertaking the collection and organization of materials and archives, and promoting environmental protection work through good management practices.
                                         Chapter SixReward and Punishment Measures
(1)In accordance with national energy conservation and emission reduction policies and requirements, the company will commend and reward units and individuals with significant achievements in energy conservation and emission reduction. Units and individuals that violate regulations and cause environmental pollution accidents will be held accountable according to the severity of the circumstances.
(2)This system shall be implemented from the date of issuance.
